She had waited for this day to come and
finally it had come.
Today is the day when all couples will
act extremely lovey dovey and cheesy and also have sex.
Yes, you guess it right.
Today was Valentine Day.
In Valentine Day, all girls will make
chocolates for the person they like.
Lucy was one of those girls. She made a
heart-shaped chocolate for her beloved boyfriend, John.
Once she had known where her boyfriend
was, she immediately ran happily to the place.
Her eyes widened and she stopped seeing
her boyfriend.
John was surrounded by girls and those
girls asked begged him to accept their home made chocolate.
And John accepted all of it.
He even ate those chocolates.
Lucy bit her lower lips.
She was not happy now.
Lucy shuffled to her class.
She sat on her seat and looked at all
guys in class.
All of them were also staring at her.
Some of them even blushed and hung their head low.
They kept pushing each other until one
of them approached Lucy.
Lucy raised one of her eyebrows as she
waited for something to come out from the guy’s mouth.
But there was nothing escaped.
The guy just looked down at his feet and
played with his own fingers.
Not long after that, Lucy found a box of
chocolates in front of his face.
She took it and thanked the guy while
smiling.
She saw the guy’s face turned into red
crimson before murmured ‘you’re welcome’ and went to his seat.
She also saw all guys widened his eyes
when Lucy opened the wrap and ate the chocolates.
They quickly went to Lucy and gave her boxes
of chocolates and did what the guy before did.
Lucy was beyond shocked of what had just
happened.
She never expects that there are many
people will give chocolates to him in Valentine Day.
She also never expects there are many
people liked her.
For the first time, Lucy felt
appreciated and loved by anyone else except John.
Lucy smiled and continued eating all
those chocolates.
Lucy felt happy again.
While Lucy was feeling happy, John felt
the opposite.
He was so jealous.
Not jealous of Lucy. He was jealous at
the guys.
John never gives Lucy gifts in Valentine
Day because Lucy always said what she wanted for Valentine Day was not gift but
his love.
John clutched the hem of his shirt.
He had just realized that he was such an
idiot, so he made a decision.
The decision which will make him suffer,
but this decision might will make Lucy happy.
John grabbed a pen and a piece of paper.
Then he wrote down something on it.
After he had finished, he put the note in
Lucy’s locker.
Drops of tears rolled down on his cheeks
as he slowly leaved the locker.
And leaved Lucy forever.
Lucy was crying.
She wiped the tears away, but those
tears seemed like they didn’t want to stop fell.
He just finished reading John’s note.
She had dialed John’s phone and what she
got was only the voice of a woman who told her the phone had switched off.
Lucy looked at the note again.
There was a simple ‘Goodbye my love,
Lucy.’ on it.
With a glance of it, Lucy already knew
the meaning.
That was the word she scarred the most.
Another drop of tears fell on the floor.
Lucy thought Valentine Day was the day
when she’ll be so happy.
But it turned out to be the day when her
nightmare happened.
AN: I don’t know whether this is sad or
not… I’m so busy this year, so I can just write until this. I’ll continue soon~
